1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Anubis Labs website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Website content
The website describes Anubis Labs capabilities, solution patterns, case studies, resources, and contact paths. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a client relationship, professional services agreement, warranty, or binding implementation commitment.
3. Software and solutions
Anubis Labs builds governed custom AI systems, including agent runtimes, knowledge platforms, and compliance intelligence workflows. Access to any software, pilot, architecture review, or production engagement is subject to qualification and mutually executed commercial agreements.
4. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Website materials, branding, text, images, diagrams, and code are owned by Anubis Labs or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Confidentiality, intellectual property ownership, source-code rights, work product, and client data terms for engagements are governed by the applicable agreement.
5. AI system limitations
Generative models and AI-assisted workflows are probabilistic and must be evaluated against their intended use. Anubis Labs designs policy gates, evaluations, evidence paths, and review workflows, but clients remain responsible for validating systems against their own operational, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements before production use.
6. No prohibited use
You may not use the website to submit malicious code, abuse the contact form, probe infrastructure, impersonate others, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access to Anubis Labs systems.
7. Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anubis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Commercial engagement liability, if any, is governed by the applicable agreement.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating this document and adjusting the "Last updated" date. Continued engagement following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
